Notification and return duration
Notification duration: within 48 hours upon receiving the product if it lacks accessories, gifts or is broken.
Return duration: within 14 days upon receiving the product.
Return place: Customers can bring goods directly to Aeon Celadon Tân Phú 30 bờ bao Tân Thắng, Sơn Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, HCM City or send by mail to AEON CELADON’s E-commerce Department – 30 Bờ bao Tân Thắng, Sơn Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, HCM City.
The product has technical faults or is damaged by the manufacturer
The product has passed its expiry date, seems to have been used or is a replica.
The product is delivered insufficiently or is broken before customers receive it
Wrong product, wrong color, size or specifications.
The product does not meet customers’ desires.
Requirements for returned goods
The product must remain intact with full cover, package, foam and instruction-for-use documents, components, accessories and gifts (if available).
The product must be sent along with VAT invoice, commercial invoice, warranty card and stamp. The Serial and Imei code in the system must match that in the invoice.
The product is not scratched, cracked, wet, spoiled by chemicals or modified.
The product has not been used (unless returned due to technical faults or because it seems to have been used by someone else)
Note: In case of goods returned for not meeting customers’ desire:
Aeon will not refund the initial shipment cost and will not return the discount codes (if available).
These regulations do not apply for products that are not in the exchange list.
In case the product has passed its exchange duration but is still in its warranty duration, Aeon will instruct customers to have it warranted as regulated.
Refund duration and method
Aeon provides customers with various refund methods based on the one they have chosen when purchasing
Cash on delivery: Transferred within 5-10 working days.
Paypoo/ Napas payment portal: Transferred within 5-15 working days.
Payment card: within 5-15 working days.
In case you do not receive your money after the last refund date, please directly contact your bank to be supported or Aeon by 1900 9097.
