  1. Without an AeonEshop account, can I still buy goods on your website?

You can purchase items without having an account. Just fill in your information as instructed to complete your order.

  1. What must I do if I want to modify my account information?
  • Step 1: Log in your account
  • Step 2: Click on Account Information
  • Step 3: Click on Update Account
  • Step 4: Fill in your updated information
  • Step 5: Click on “Update” to complete modification.

  1. How can I place orders on AeonEshop.com?

You can purchase products on AeonEshop simply and conveniently by following these 2 steps:

Step 1: Choose the product.

  • Click on “Purchase” or input the number and click “Add to cart”.
  • Click on “Your cart” to check the product information, its price and number.
  • Click “Update” to modify the number of items or delete the product
  • Click “Pay” to choose your payment method.

Step 2: Fill in information & Make payment

  • Click “Create Account” to create an AeonEshop account, or continue purchasing without an account.
  • Fill in shipment information and make payment
  • Check the invoice information and place your order.

- Does the order contain VAT?

The prices of all products sold on AeonEshop.com already contain VAT.

- Can I receive my VAT invoice?

  • Every order on AeonEshop has VAT a VAT invoice, which will be put in the item box.
  • The invoice is also necessary when you want to exchange or return goods.

SHIPMENT

  1. How long does it take for AeonEshop to deliver products?

AeonEshop delivers goods on all days in the week (including Saturday and Sunday). The delivery time ranges from 2-3 days since orders are successfully placed and confirmed by AeonEshop’s customer care staff.

  1. Shipment cost

- Do I need to pay shipment cost?

AeonEshop delivers goods free of charge for orders that meet the following requirements:

  • If the order value is from 300.000-999.999 VND: AeonEshop delivers goods free of charge in the following districts: District 1, 3, 4, 10, Binh Thanh and Phu Nhuan.
  • If the order value is from 999.999-1.999.999 VND: AeonEshop delivers goods free of charge in the following districts: District 1, 3, 4, 10, 5, 11, Bình Thạnh, Phú Nhuận, Tân Bình, Gò Vấp.
  • If the order value is more than 2.000.000 VNĐ: AeonEshop delivers goods free of charge in all districts except Nhà Bè, Hóc Môn and Bình Chánh.
  • If the order value is below 300.000 VNĐ: the shipment cost ranges from 20.000 VNĐ to 40.000 VNĐ depending on the delivery destination and order value. 

AeonEshop delivers goods in all districts of HCM City, excluding Cần Giờ and Củ Chi.

  1. Can I exchange my purchased goods?

You can exchange your purchased goods at AeonEshop.

Our exchange policy is as follows:

  • Exchange duration: Within 10 days for electronic products, and within 14 days for other products
  • Notification duration: Within 48 hours upon receiving goods if the product lacks accessories, gifts or is broken.
  • Return duration: within 14 days upon receiving goods.
  • Return place: You can bring the product directly toAeon Celadon Tân Phú 30 bờ bao Tân Thắng, Sơn Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, HCM City or send by mail to AEON CELADON’s E-commerce Department – 30 bờ bao Tân Thắng, Sơn Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, HCM City.

You do not have to pay any service charge when paying with payment card in advance.

  1. Is it safe to make payment on AeonEshop?

You are reassured that payment with card on AeonEshop is completely safe. Our payment partner is authorized and fully abides to strict customer’s data security standards.

 

WARRANTY

  1. What are the conditions for free warranty?

The product can be warranted for free if it meets the following conditions:

It is accompanied with a warranty card or receipt.

  • The warranty card must be filled in with complete and precise information.
  • The warranty card must remain intact and must not be fragmented or spoiled.
  • The warranty and seal stamp must remain intact.
  • The product has technical faults which are confirmed by the Warranty center to have been caused by the manufacturer.
  • LCD screen with a score of 05 or more.

Note: The product is warranted according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
